Privacy Policy

SoravaCue is developed and operated by Stalwart Crest Inc. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data Stored on Your Device
SoravaCue stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Scripts you write or generate
- Videos and recordings you capture
- App settings and preferences
- Prompter settings and performance data
This data is never uploaded to any server. It stays on your device and is fully under your control. Deleting the app removes all local data.
Camera, Microphone & Speech Recognition
SoravaCue uses your device's camera and microphone to record video while you read from the teleprompter. Recordings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
The Voice Pace feature (Pro) uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to match your spoken words to the script and scroll the teleprompter at your natural pace. Speech is processed entirely on your device using Apple's Speech framework—no audio or transcription data is sent to any server. Speech recognition requires your explicit permission and can be disabled at any time.
When Voice Pace is active during recording, SoravaCue generates timed caption data from the speech recognition results. These captions are stored locally alongside your recording and can be exported as an SRT subtitle file (Pro). Caption data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.
When you save a recording to your photo library, SoravaCue requests access to your Photos. This access is used solely to save your videos and is never used to read or upload existing photos.
Sharing & Exporting
SoravaCue allows you to share recordings and SRT caption files using the iOS share sheet. When you choose to share, the content is sent to the app or service you select (e.g., Messages, AirDrop, social media). We do not control or have access to data once it leaves your device through the share sheet. No data is shared automatically—sharing only happens when you explicitly initiate it.
Account Information
SoravaCue requires Apple Sign-In to create your account. We collect:
- Email address — provided by Apple Sign-In, used for account recovery
- Display name — if you choose to share it through Apple Sign-In. Apple allows you to hide your name, in which case we do not receive it.
Account authentication is handled by Supabase, a third-party authentication service. Your email is stored securely in Supabase's infrastructure. We do not store passwords—authentication uses secure tokens provided by Apple.
Subscription & Payment Data
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and subscription receipt data from Apple to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your email, name, or any personal information.
AI Script Writer
When you use the AI Script Writer feature (Pro), the following data is sent to Anthropic (the AI provider) via a secure server-side function:
- The topic description you enter
- Your selected tone and style preference
- Your selected target duration
This data is sent only when you explicitly trigger script generation. A consent dialog is shown before your first use. The data is used solely to generate your script and is not stored by Anthropic after processing. AI script generation is limited to 20 requests per day. No other data (scripts, recordings, settings, personal information) is ever sent to Anthropic or any other third party.
Analytics & Tracking
SoravaCue does not include any analytics SDK, crash reporting, ad tracking, or telemetry. We do not use cookies on our website. We do not track your usage patterns, content, or behavior.
Third-Party Services Summary
- Supabase — Authentication (email only, only if you create an account)
- RevenueCat — Subscription management (anonymous app user ID and subscription receipt only)
- Anthropic — AI script generation (topic, tone, and duration only, only when triggered by you)
- Apple App Store — Payment processing
- Apple Speech Framework — On-device speech recognition for Voice Pace (no data leaves your device)
Data Deletion
You can delete all local data (scripts, recordings, settings) by deleting the SoravaCue app from your device.
To delete your account and associated data (email, authentication records, and subscription status), you can:
- Use the "Delete Account" option in the app settings — this immediately removes your authentication account from Supabase, logs you out of RevenueCat, and clears all local data
- Email us at support@stalwartcrest.com
We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
SoravaCue is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
