SoravaCue Pro is billed through the App Store. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select SoravaCue, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Make sure you've granted Speech Recognition and Microphone permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings > SoravaCue and ensure both are enabled. Also check that you're in a reasonably quiet environment—excessive background noise can interfere with speech recognition.
You can delete your account from the app's settings using the "Delete Account" option. This removes your authentication account, logs you out of subscription services, and clears all local data. Alternatively, you can email us at support@stalwartcrest.com and we'll process the request within 30 days. Deleting the app from your device also removes all locally stored scripts, recordings, and settings.
SoravaCue needs photo library access to save recordings. Go to Settings > SoravaCue > Photos and make sure access is set to "Add Photos Only" or "Full Access". If the issue persists, try restarting the app and recording again.
Try restoring your purchase first—open the app settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the subscription. If the problem continues, close the app completely, reopen it, and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple ID email and we'll help.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the SoravaCue purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days.
SoravaCue requires iOS 16.0 or later. You can check your iOS version in Settings > General > About. If you're on an older version, update your device in Settings > General > Software Update.
